Differences.

It's usually not the differences in opinions that create the problems and hence all the chaos. It is the way in which these differences are handled.

Hello all, The Earthian (me) is back.

Do I even have to talk about why we have these differences in opinions?
Well, if yes, to put it simply, we are humans and we are all unique. I think that'd do.

Sometimes the issues can be sorted out with a help of mere third party. A third party that is neutral and subtle.
But, more often than not, depending on the decision given by the third party, either one of the sides is not going to be happy.
This then rises the tension between the two sides again.
This usually continues for a long time, so long that at some point this would either burn out or blast out.

Now one of the final outcomes is favourable for all of us. One of them results in complete chaos which I don't think anybody is looking forward to.
In this day and age, it is sad to think that there are more problem creators than problem solvers, which again makes it incredibly hard to sustain peace.
