My picture.

As a kid, I used to get mesmerized by gazing at the night's sky. The shining stars and the lit moon, and the ever so slightly visible passing clouds is one of the most beautiful sights I can remember of.

Hello all, the Earthian here.

Now that I've grown up a little bit, I can imagine a whole lot better. And with that imagination, I can tell a story to myself. A story where each and every part of that night's sky portray something or to be more precise, someone.

Every individual is like the moon, staggeringly beautiful. But still, it reflects the light of the sun, hoping to be like a star. Just like us, we all want to be big stars, don't we?! It changes its phase every single day (almost) and presents itself differently. Just like we do, changing our traits from time to time, trying to capture attention.

The attention of the passing clouds. Sometimes it gets hidden amongst these clouds and appears to be overshadowed. Just like us trying our best to get a good name from everyone around us. And, sometimes we get stuck amidst people we don't like and get completely submerged.
And there are days when the moon doesn't appear at all. Just like we don't, when we feel low and down.

People have always wanted to be stars. Little do they know that stars are often only the complementary parts of the beautiful picture of the night's sky. It is the moon that makes it complete. It is the moon that brings life to the picture and make us smile. At least, it makes me smile.

Lots of love, peace.
