Sincerity.

Today let's talk about something that is really, really essential in life. This is one of the reasons why we don't succeed in our attempts.

Hello all, the Earthian here.

I classify the work I do into broadly two types. And they are, first, the work I do sincerely with all of my heart and second, the work I do because I have to and because I'm forced to.
And quite obviously, the work I do sincerely gives me the best of results as it will to you because when you do a work sincerely, it actually means that you care about what you do and you'll be sad if you let yourself down in that particular work.

The point is simple. Sincerity is key for any work you do out of love. There maybe times where you get forced to do things, for this, this may not apply. But for the work you love to do, you need to be sincere. Because when you're not sincere, you will do the work you love, only to convince yourself. And soon, the love will fade away and I'm sure you don't want that to happen.
