Gaps.
I know it's easier said than done but the majority of us need a mentality shift. We need to move from wanting to be an employee, a dependent, a job seeker, to wanting to be an employer, someone people can depend on, a job creator. There is a lot of things that separates those words but the primary attribute that separates them is our mentality. We, some of us, have always been taught to find a good job that pays well to "settle down" well in life. Very few of us are taught to be leaders, to be problem solvers, to be solutions to the societal issues. Our herd mentality always seeks the easiest path to settling in life, even though that path neither offers joy nor satisfaction. Most who work a 9-5 job have a lot to complain about too, so it isn't really like they're even well "settled". They just accept the mediocrity because they just don't want to go the extra mile. Always remember, your dreams only care about you as much as you care about them.
Love, peace.
