Always Remember.
Anything that you think is going to improve your life in a tremendously positive way is going to be hard to do. Any habit that you think would be good is going to hard to imbibe, purely because the rewards from these habits are going to take a long period of time to reach you and you probably would much rather be doing some activity, building some habit that instantly rewards you. It's not your fault, it's how most of us are.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian.
What would be your fault is the fact that you don't care enough about building those good habits and that you actually are giving in to the habits that you are trying to give up. It is going to be hard. The temptations are going to be there without question and you probably are going to get constantly reminded by your own memory that you had a lot of fun practicing the habits that you are trying to give up on right now. You can't just give up a habit. Neither can you just build a habit without prior proper practice. You definitely need a combination of the two. And you need a surplus of the "I got this no matter what" attitude and you need the right kind of self motivation to achieve this.
I'm telling you again, it is NOT, NEVER going to be easy. Get your mind to understand that, get your mind to embrace that. Because it is the truth in every single way.
Remember why you started whatever it is that you started and remember why you stopped whatever it is that you stopped. Good things are waiting for you.
Lot's of love, peace.
