I don't know if this is a flaw in the design of mankind. I don't know if this even applies to all of mankind, but I know for sure that there are millions of us who believe in this. There is a big crowd of us who believe that everything has a hidden, deep meaning. And I mean everything. From the planetary motion, the alignment of stars, the movement of the subatomic particles to even the actions that us humans perform, involuntarily.

Hello there, I call myself the Earthian.

We are smart enough to find out what causes all these motions and even explain how these happen in a very detailed and intricate manner. But something always tells us that they could all mean something more. Something tells us that everything that happens around us happens for a reason and it's that reason that we must make sure we find out. We want to know if there is a hidden meaning in the pattern of the leaf veins. We want to know if the world is telling us something when a series of events happen. We want to know if there is a hidden meaning behind sudden outbursts of nature, like when it suddenly starts pouring down in an extremely hot day or when it becomes unbearably hot during the colder season. We want to know why people behave the way they do and so differently.

We imagine everything that happens around us has a good enough reason for it to happen. There may never be a reason. And that's okay too.
