Idle.
You know what they say about a blank, idle mind, don't you? They call it the "devil's" workshop. And to a large extent, they are right. It really is pretty scary when we get completely idle because the craziest and the weirdest of thoughts occupy our minds and it gets hard to unhook them from our minds.
Hello there, I'm the Earthian.
Idle minds lead way to an idle body, which essentially means that you'll not be willing to engage in any activity. So all you'll be left with is a wandering mind and a wavering body.
Not that it's wrong to have a wandering mind, but I think it should be channeled in the right directions. Because when we lose control of it, too often, too much, our sanity will be questioned.
You see, having an idle mind is not an action. It's a consequence, of not having work to do, or disliking the work that we are made to do. As much as the world promotes us to work more and engage in activities, the advancements in technology has always been with an aim to reduce the human work load. And it has reduced the work load for a lot of people which explains all the free time they have in their hands.
I think it's time for people to realize that the time our technological advancements helped us save is not to make us seek cheap pleasure but to spend it with quality. If you want me elaborate more on this, you just might have to wait! :)
I will continue on this.
Lots of love, peace.
