Fables.
When somebody tells you a story, you being the listener, must always remember that they are telling you their side of it. Not just that, you must also be open-minded to listen to the other sides of the same story, because there are always more than just one side to any story.
Hello all, I'm the Earthian.
And that is the biggest lesson, biggest moral, you can get from any story. To be willing to listen to the other sides of it.
Because a lot of stories are being told to us on a daily basis and we knowingly or unknowingly, almost always come to a biased conclusion.
And I'm not just talking about the stories our friends, colleagues, co-workers tell us. I'm talking about the stories we hear on the radio, watch on the television and read on the papers. I'm especially talking about the international stories that come up on a regular basis on all the channels. And these stories are the ones that often stir up momentary patriotism amongst people, with a blind cause to "back-up" their nation. Often, I've seen people taking their mouths to the platform of social media and dissing out at other nations and its' people, in the notion of proving their patriotism.
Are the stories a lie, the ones that we see on the news? Absolutely not. It's all true, there is so much evil going on around the world. But that isn't any reason to show hate to those countries. Afterall, they too have people who definitely aren't proud of what their citizens have done. They too get sad and mad. Sure, a certain group of people may seem to back the wrong deeds up but that again isn't credible enough a reason to shower the whole of their people with hatred. In a world where the divisions amongst people are just imaginary, and I mean literally imaginary (there aren't any boundaries separating countries which actually renders the concept of countries nonsensical, to me at least), hate is just an addition of fuel to the fire that already is glowing and buring with fury. You don't even have to be the person that consoles and condoles the real victims. It's enough if you just stop pointing out at people. And remember, whomever you're pointing out at, is a human too, just like you are, which means that you are one of them. Or should I say, one of us.
Lot's of love, peace.
