Accountability

Okay you've failed. What's the first thing you do? Try to find a reason to cover it up? Try to find a person you can pin YOUR failure on?

Hello all, The Earthian here.

So, I've noticed this weird habit of ours. We fail to take accountability for our doings, especially when things don't work out the way we imagined them to. If it's all success, we will be pouncing our way to take the credit. Pfft.

This is a big reason why we keep getting into the loop of failure. Hey. Wake up. Start taking accountability for your doings. The bad ones. The ones where you've failed. Man up and face the reality.
Trust me, when you do this, you'll stop thinking that you're an unlucky person. You will actually start valuing life because you're taking the responsibility, and consider yourself lucky.

Everytime you fail, especially on the same deed, how often do you feel the need to come back and try again? Try again, till you succeed? This is where accountability comes into play. Once you realize that YOU, only YOU are responsible for anything that happens to you, you'll start feeling the need to prove yourself. That in itself is a huge motivational factor for you to try again, don't you think?
It's easy pointing your finger at others. And it's really, really hard to point it at yourself.
Always remember that every time you point your index finger at someone else, all the other fingers of your hand are pointing at you. Cliche. 🙂

Have a good one. Peace.
