Respect.

I don't advice when I don't ask for it, not because I think I am too good for it or because I am perfect but because I most probably already know what you're planning to tell me. I don't take my decisions blindly without ever considering every outcome that may or may not arise from my decisions. I carefully think through everything that I think are important to consider. Not that I don't go wrong even considering the way I work but that you rubbing it on my face as if you're perfect and letting me know with a sense of arrogance that I was wrong doesn't help me at all. You don't assume your superiority over me because you're more financially equipped than I am. You don't assume I deserve or need your words of wisdom just because I've failed a few times. You're not helping me when you do it, in fact, you're only losing my respect further.
