Emotions.

There is literally no point in bottling up your emotions and your thoughts and hoping that it will sort itself out eventually. Whatever clarity you need, whenever you need it, go and get it. You can't pretend you're okay when you're not okay, and you can't keep adding negative thoughts to your already anxious mind. Make sure you talk to the right people, people who care about you and your mental health and understand your ability to withstand pressure. It is always, always important to speak your mind so that you sleep well at night. It isn't worth it to live a life full of panic and heart ache. It isn't worth it to pretend you're alright when you're not. It isn't sensible to lie to people who care about you, you will only eventually hurt yourself the longer you do this. Take as much as time you may need to sort your mind out, do not worry about being left behind. You're not in any race with anyone and therefore in no competition with anyone. You're fighting your own battles and it is essential you do not underestimate or downplay your life and your emotions. Remember, a healthy mind is a part of a healthy body. It all works in tandem.
