Control.
One of the most important life skills that I believe everyone should possess is the ability to be indifferent towards things that you have no control over. There is literally no point in being angry at people because they're repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Because you're not them and they are eligible to do what they want to do at all points. There is no point in worrying about your future, no matter how much you worry, no matter how much you care about it, you just do not know what is on the horizon. There is also no point whatsoever in feeling bad about your past. Because, well, we all know too well that there is nothing we can do about anything that's already done and dusted. Try and be aware of what you can control and what you cannot control at all times. You can control your mood, your actions, your interest in something, your effort, and your level of sincerity. There is not much else you can do at any point in your life. Try to remember that. And most importantly, try to practice that. Try to implement it, try to live it.
Love, peace.
An Earthian.
