Break!

If you don't feel like doing something, Sometimes it's okay to take a break. Life can be pretty hectic and stressful and we all need a break from the happenings from time to time. There's nothing wrong with having a lazy day off, and just relaxing your mind and resting your body. Just don't do that too often, once every ten or fifteen days is probably sensible. Your mental health, emotional health and your  physical health all need to be in check and just not paying attention to them and doing things without a break will most certainly do you more harm than good and there is no point, not a single point, in being drained and fatigued all the time. Just give yourself the break you deserve when you work hard and your life will in turn be a bit kinder to you as well.
