Remember always, if it costs your mental peace and sanity, it is too expensive. No matter what it is, who it is, and how it is. Nothing ever deserves more attention than the quality of sleep you get at night, than the stability that you get knowing you have the right things and people in your life, than the peace you have knowing you have little toxicity in your life. Nobody deserves more attention than your mental peace, I can't stress this enough, no amount of money will ever amount to your overall health. Learn to differentiate your needs from your wants and sometimes, we just may want something that's not best for us but we'll definitely know it is not what we need. That's the line you need to draw.
