Start.

The most important part as well as the most difficult part of any activity is starting it. Once you start it and get focused, you can expect it to be similar to an avalanche or a snowball. The more you do it, the closer you will get to the finish line and the closer you get to the finish line, the faster you will want to get there, which will indeed take you there faster. But how do we start? It seems like such a silly question yet a lot of us never ever start something, even if it is something we aspire to achieve, simply because it is too much work and we have little clue as to where to begin. The best approach to solving this issue of not knowing where to begin is breaking the activity down into smaller sub activities and doing only one or two of those sub activities, to get a feel of how things are. If your goal is to lose fat and tone your body and are confused as to how to do it, maybe start with just improving your diet, or doing some minor exercises. As you make progress, which you can and will if you're consistent, you will get better at this and find your way to your destination. The key though, is to stay consistent. Keep at it. You have got this.
