It Will Be Alright.

I understand taking things one day at a time can be difficult. So let's slow it down further, slow it down to whatever time frame feels comfortable to us. Slow it down to what makes us feel at home. Slow it down to a phase where we don't have to worry about being anxious.

If its an hour, its an hour. If its a minute, its a minute. If its a second, a second it is. Its all fine. There really is no reason for you to be worried about anything whatsoever. You struggling with something? Take it slow, take it easy and take it at a pace where you don't feel like you're losing a part of yourself indulging in whatever you're indulging in. Take it at a pace where you know you can breathe softly and not be worried about it being a problem. Take it at a pace where you can rest assured you're not messing up your own individuality and confidence. It will be alright. Trust me.
